Day 32 (2/1)



I HATE dieting and I LOVE to eat... it sucks! Thankfully All-recipes.com has a great healthy living section which is where I found this very simple Basil Parmesian chicken recipe. Who would think diced tomatoes, basil, onions, garlic and salt could be so yummy? Here's to shedding a few lbs in 2010!


Excuse the fine China! I am getting lazy on my 365 and have resorted to taking a photo of food.. I will do better! LOL
